The BLUE CARRIER® EDC CONJUGATION KIT  (which utilizes Concholepas concholepas Hemocyanin or CCH) offers major advantages over traditional KLH carrier kits for antibody production. Its standout benefits include superior solubility, high-yield conjugation, and potent immunogenicity. The kit includes lyophilized Blue Carrier Protein in MES buffer, EDC (carbodiimide) crosslinker, buffers, and desalting columns to facilitate the preparation of ready-to-use immunogens for injection.

High-Yield Coupling: Each CCH molecule features hundreds of primary amines available for hapten coupling via EDC chemistry, enabling you to conjugate large quantities of peptides or haptens.

One-Step EDC Reaction: The kit uses EDC to directly couple exposed carboxyl/phosphate groups on your hapten to the primary amines on the carrier protein, generating an active immunogen in under 2 hours.
